We all have been brought up with a thought ever since our childhood that dairy products like curd and milk are very important and essential to build up healthy muscles and strong bones. Since then, dairy is considered blissful for all of us. But nowadays it is not so and this is due to contamination. There are many types of contamination that is being done in dairy these days. Some of them are like contamination of hormones to increase the production of milk; food provided to the cattle is low in quality to reduce the cost of production of milk; antibiotics are being given due to which the milk produced gets contaminated and so on. Due to all these practices, the dairy products which we consume these days doesn’t provide the benefit which it has to.

Also to add here, no other species takes dairy for such a long time, it’s only human beings who takes dairy from the time of their birth till death. That’s absolutely alright if it’s not harming one but if you have symptoms i.e., if one is lactose intolerant then should that person take dairy? NO, we should not take dairy rather one should completely eliminate dairy from the diet strictly and immediately.
Lots of patients who comes to the clinic and say that they are lactose intolerant and had left dairy for the last 3-4 years but are not getting benefitted. It’s because they don’t know the reason behind it. But after doing Dr. Priti’s Gut Cleanse program for a month, they got their answer and seen lot of improvement in their bloating, uneasiness, obesity, mood swings, etc. How does this happen?
